History:
The company was started in 1990 as a sole proprietorship, and operated from 1990 to 2003 when it moved into an S-Corp structure. The business then split into two distinct areas of expertise: Electrical/Mechanical Construction and the Building/Remodeling Contracting.
Key Accomplishments:
Industrial controls wiring for several large firms in and around the Mecklenburg County area. This included traveling to all firm sites to complete their electrical needs on various projects.
Industrial and commercial maintenance up fits, lighting, environmental, system, HVAC and electrical repairs.
Electrical wiring experience ranges from standard track housing installation to custom home electrical installations.
Current customer retention is at 77%.
Various residential construction and remodeling projects including: decks, custom bathrooms/kitchens, roof repair and room additions to name a few.
Certifications:
The company holds an Unlimited Electrical License in the state of North Carolina, with service license in HVAC, building and Fire Alarm.
The company is fully insured under an umbrella insurance policy for $2 Million.
All current and required certifications are maintained workman comp, safety program trained, heavy equipment certified and OSSA standards program compliant.
